We are unable to adjust the order once you have submitted the payment. We recommend that you check the order completely before you submit the payment as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please check our size chart to order correct size jeans as we do not offer exchange or refund at this time. If there are any questions about the sizes, please email us before you order and allow 24-48 hour to receive a response.
Please email us immediately so that we may track inventory to see if there is an overage of the item. If we find that there is in fact an overage, the item will be packaged and mailed to you immediately free of charge while also offering a 15% discount on next purchase for the error. The turn-around time for an investigation is approximately 24-48 hours.

If we find that the person that filled the order did completely check the contents before shipping and there is no overage, we will refer you to check in with the carrier at USPS to try and track the item and no refund or item will be given.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and items not being received due to wrong address being submitted with payment. However, if you contact us at toriblakeco@gmail.com before the order actually ships, the address can be modified. If the items are already shipped to the wrong address entered, we recommend that you contact USPS immediately online to try and track the order and also contact us so that we may attempt to still try to help resolve the issue at that time by also contacting the carrier.

We accept all major credit cards through express PayPal checkout. You must have correct address as tOriBlake&co. is not responsible for any delays and items lost due to incorrect address submitted.
Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. You will shortly after receive another email confirmation once the order has been shipped. This confirmation email will include a tracking number for your package.
